Introducing our next-generation monitoring devices
At Cadence, we are on a mission to give everyone consistent, proactive healthcare every day. We're committed to advancing healthcare by delivering the most impactful remote patient care. Today, we’re excited to introduce our latest monitoring technology to our device-agnostic platform. Dedicated to providing the best devices in the market to our patients and partners, we've made several key enhancements to our disease-specific kits:
Best-in-class cellular connectivity
Cadence now offers stronger cellular connectivity than any other remote monitoring offering in the U.S. by working with the major cellular networks. Equipped with custom cellular plans, our flagship devices are designed to communicate effortlessly with Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and US cellular. In rural areas, where connectivity can be a challenge, our devices ensure that patients remain connected and their health data is transmitted reliably. Cadence devices come pre-provisioned and do not require any set-up, providing a reliability and ease-of-use that Bluetooth alternatives cannot deliver.
Every step optimized for usability
The average Cadence patient is 74 years old. We’ve redesigned every step of our patient experience to create the simplest and most effective healthcare journey for this demographic.
Because the Cadence patient population is so diverse, with many patients over the age of 65, accessibility was a primary focus. Our boxes were designed to open without scissors to help patients remove devices easily. Patients are immediately welcomed with what-to-expect information on their initial welcome call, quick start instructions, communication channels available, and instructional videos via QR code or link.
A better experience for providers, patients, and health systems
The improvements in our new devices aren’t just about technology—they’re about delivering a better experience for everyone involved. For patients, the usability enhancements mean more accurate and frequent readings leading to better health management. The devices provide clear feedback, making it easier for patients to understand and manage their health data. Our next-generation devices offer improved usability, with larger fonts, brighter displays, and easier-to-use blood pressure cuffs.
For healthcare providers, more reliable connectivity and error reporting mean they can make better-informed decisions based on more comprehensive data. Receiving more readings, more often is especially crucial in rural areas where consistent patient monitoring can be a lifeline.
Empowering rural and underserved communities
Access to quality healthcare remains a significant challenge in rural and underserved areas. These regions are home to nearly 66 million Americans, who often face higher health risks due to limited access to medical resources. Cadence is proud to serve over 25,000 active patients, with 60% living in these areas.
Our new monitoring devices are particularly important in these communities. In some rural markets, we found that over 20% of patients experienced connectivity issues with industry-standard devices. Our devices, with their robust cellular capabilities, are designed to overcome these challenges, ensuring that all patients—regardless of their location—receive the care they need.
