Signal, data transmission, and connection errors
When your scale LCD displays a no signal error on its own or alongside an E3, E4, or E6 error code, the scale is having trouble finding a signal, transmitting data, or connecting to a server.
- Move your scale to an area with a stronger signal, preferably closer to a window or to a higher floor. You can use your mobile phone to help determine signal strength.
- Retake your measurement.
- If the issue persists, contact the Cadence Care Team at 855-613-0778
SIM errors
If your scale’s LCD displays a SIM error or an E5 error code, there is an error with your scale’s SIM card and it’s time to check or re-install the SIM card.
- Flip your scale over to find the SIM card compartment door inside the battery compartment, labeled “SIM”.
- Open the SIM card door with a screwdriver and then you can check and re-install the SIM card.
